Friday, 7 Oct. 2016

G-IV:  Flew a synoptic surveillance mission around Matthew. Take off was at 0530 UTC (1:30AM Eastern) from MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. No HRD scientists were on this flight.

NOAA43: Was scheduled for a Tail Doppler Radar mission into Matthew with a take off time of 0600 UTC (2:00AM). This flight was cancelled.

G-IV:  Was scheduled to fly a synoptic surveillance mission around Matthew with a take off time 1730 UTC (1:30PM Eastern). This flight is cancelled.

NOAA43: Is scheduled fly a Tail Doppler Radar mission into Matthew. Take off is scheduled for 1800 UTC (2:00PM) to and from MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. Three HRD scientists will be on this flight.

Global Hawk: Is scheduled to land at NASA’s Armstrong Research Flight Facility, Edwards, CA around 0300 UTC (11:00PM Eastern).

G-IV: No flights are scheduled.

NOAA43: Is scheduled to fly a Tail Doppler Radar mission into Matthew. Take off is scheduled for 1800 UTC (2:00PM Eastern) to and from MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. Three HRD scientists will be on this flight.

Global Hawk: Is scheduled to fly a mission over Matthew. Take off is scheduled for 0200 UTC (10:00PM Eastern) from NASA’s Armstrong Research Flight Facility, Edwards, CA. This flight is part of NOAA’s Sensing Hazards with Operational Unmanned Technology (SHOUT) field campaign.
