NOAA43: Is tasked to fly a NESDIS Ocean Winds and Pre-storm Ocean Survey flight. Take off for this six hour mission will be at 11AM Eastern from St. Croix. The flight objectives are to collect IWRAP data in precipitation coincident with polar satellite overpasses, launch AXBT profiles in glider grid to the north of Puerto Rico and perform a calm ocean HI-SFMR module. One HRD scientist will be on board.
