    Per the article “It says a phalanx of tens of thousands of turbines can lower a hurricane’s wind speed up to 92 mph and reduce its storm surge up to 79%” – tens of thousands – the folks at Stanford must be joking. Seriously, it’s likely written by someone in their 20s, or 30s, who’s still too young to know that sometimes what we’d like isn’t what can actually happen….
