NOAA42 will fly its seventh mission into Tropical Storm Isaac. The flight is scheduled to take off at 4PM EST (2000 UTC). Below is the pattern they will fly. NOAA42 will take off from Jacksonville International Airport and recover there in roughly eight hours.

Why can’t we capture the wind that produces hurricanes. This can be a great source of energy. This is possible and the benefits include:
1. Reducing the effects of hurricane on the land
2. Producing energy for consumption
This can be done. It is all a matter of doing research to enhance the processes. I have a couple of ideas and I think it can be done. You see how much damage hurricanes cost. We need to find a way to turn the table on hurricanes.
You can find the answer to that question (and more) at the Tropical Cyclone FAQ. Try
