Dr. Robert Rogers spoke at the Miami Science Museum on Saturday, June 9. He presented a talk entitled “Atlantic Hurricanes – Flying into the Eye of the Storm”. He provided a general overview of hurricanes, how we observe them with aircraft, and what kinds of impacts they can have. He had many good questions, especially from the children in attendance.
